When the car cools off, the spring once again pulls the flap into the verical position. Since thisis the default postiton, thisis why the flap get stuck inthe vertical position and gets stuck there through disuse. Hi, sorry to drag up this old thread! However, as what commonly happens, the website that that link refers to seems long gone. Then along comes guys like me, read this great p15 site thread only to find the links dead :(. So.... if someone would please be so kind as to post that information here, that would be great and I'm sure it would help others just joining down the track! I basically just need the installation procedure for the spring - I can work out where it goes, but what are the 'number of turns' to get it to the correct position please? thank you in advance!
