My door sags on my 1949 B-1-B. The hinge is worn approx .025. I was thinking of using a metal filler to build it back up and then reaming it out to the correct dia. Any suggestions if this would work?

i have the same issue with the pass side hinge being oval. would the filler work or replace the hinge?

i don't see a thread on the replacement of the hinge, just addressing the pins(probably more basic than i am making it) :)

  (my replacement hinge)

looking for a close to original look, any thought on rivets (location possibly hard to maneuver) vs. something like "sex-bolts"  or grinding down a carriage bolt, etc?
