Welcome to the forum. I have a 48 pilot house and just now getting the cab ready to come off. I live in Mt. Carmel, Tn. What color did you go with on your motor?

I'm over in NC and also have a 50 dodge truck. I'm doing the same thing. I rebuilt the master cyl and all the wheel cyls. Got all the part at O'reily's. also the brake lines but had a lot of trouble getting the flex lines for the fronts.

Lot's of knowledgeble people on here. Maybe I can help someone like these folks have helped me. Later, Nat

Welcome, if you are not going for a concours vehicle, I would suggest you contact olddaddy a member of this forum. He has a website (rustyhope.com) and he makes adapters to upgrade to disc brakes on the front. This modification will give you a much better, more reliable and trouble free system for the same or less than rebuilding the stock system. The other advantages being the self adujustig quality of the discs, and modern easy to find service . So if you are goint to spend the moeny you might want to give his set up a look. And yes, they will work with the stock master cylinder.
