greg g Posted May 3, 2009 Report Posted May 3, 2009 Go to the user Cp and scroll down to edit options, when that screen comes up scroll down to thread display options, and select and set your prefereces if you hold your mouse arrow over the graphic it will some time indicate what the graphic means. never paid much attention to those. BobT-47P15 Posted May 3, 2009 Report Posted May 3, 2009 And......I just noticed something else. The green dot behind a person's name means he is online now The blue dot, when you put your cursor on it, says not online now. Has that always been there?? Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted May 4, 2009 Report Posted May 4, 2009 I guess the dots have been there, but I just noticed. I'm sure there are other things about the forum workings I haven't figured out yet either. Quote
thrashingcows Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Go to the user Cp and scroll down to edit options, when that screen comes up scroll down to thread display options, and select and set your preferences Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! I was pulling my hair out with the newest post being at the top of the thread and the first WAY at the bottom. Opposite to every other forum I visit. I thought it was a quirk of this site but after Greg G's advice I got it changed and I'm much happier now. Quote

Another trick when visiting the forum is to click on "New Posts". That way you don't have to wade through all the different forums and you never miss anything new. You need to be signed in and have previously clicked on "remember me". If you clear the cookies on your computer after each session, the "New Posts" won't work. Quote
