Online cross reference parts source?

Hey gang,

I'm trying to get a hold of a few specific parts for my generator and starter (i.e. armatures) and I'm having a hard time knowing what sources to go to when I find a part on eBay that isn't a Mopar Part. For example, if there's a part with an autolite #, where can I check if if fits my 49 Chrys Windsor? I have the Motor's Guide and 49 Parts list. Just curious if there's an online source I'm not thinking of to cross reference to find if it fits my specific generator...Thanks gang!~Adam

Here's the parts reference list for the P-15 and D-24 from the main site. Might have many of the same parts referenced as the engines were 218 and 230.

I good source for xref is a Hollander Manual not online or free but only cost about $50.00 The link below works well for our vehicles
