financially i could not keep it....but someday i hope to find another pilothouse. with the knowledge i gained because of you fine people here, i'm sure it will be much easier the next time around.

Just knowing I ressurected it from sure death and gave it a new engine and much love...makes me happy.

Once again..thanks to all of you for your help during the past year.

p.s. hope you dont mind me hanging around and reading stuff here.....:)

You saved a truck. Thank you for that. Sorry that you had to sell it, often times finances dictate certain things. You are always welcome to join us in any way you can. We do have many people who don't currently have trucks but still watch the forum and the website. Sounds like you got a fair amount for it. I'm glad for that.

If you have knowledge and even photos then you can still contribute, it can still be a hobby even without a truck.

It is sad when finances dictate that things have to change:( , I am fortunate my mother has a big enough shed that I can leave mine in, thus if I have to change jobs move or things get tight, I can leave it parked up.:)

I'm really sorry you had to sell your '52b3b, I had to sell my 58 Pontiac a few yeays back and every time I see one at a car show I cry. I had no garage space and didn't want to leave it outside, but life goes on. Keep in touch and throw your 2 sence worth in once in a while. Bill

Please keep in touch. I can understand how tough it would be to have to give up something you put so much into. I know it would kill me. However if it keeps a roof over your heads, and food on the table, than it was the right sacrifice. I'm confident that another job will come along, then when you're bake on your feet another project will show up.

Keep the faith,

Merle
