Young Ed Posted December 24, 2006 Report Posted December 24, 2006 My cousin has a rusty POS mustang I can have. I think he said its an 86. I'm going to check and see if its a 5spd. I believe I read somewhere you can put the truck shifter on these and then swap it just like the s10 ones. Does anyone know what kind of rearends these mustangs used? I'm wondering if that might be usefull to have also. Quote

Depending on it's tranny(auto or stick) it could be a 2.73, 3.08, 3.27 gearing in it. Quote
Young Ed Posted December 24, 2006 Author Report Posted December 24, 2006 Its not a 5L. Its a 4cyl I believe possibly a v6. Quote
