brake soga

well when i got the car it had 11" brakes on one side,[front ], and 10" on the other ,well i got drums 10" and backing plates. installed the pass side ,now i go to put on the drivers side and i guess the spindle has to be changed for the 10" backing plate .does anyone have a spindle for the driver side they are wanting to part with? need one bad .i have already purchased brakes and cyl's. anybody no where i could find one . thanks in advance .

that's odd. i guess somebody along the line replaced the whole thing for whatever reason....

what spindle interchanges? I have 48 dodge spindle or 53 plymouth or 52 plymouth

I have a pair of spindles from 50 Plym coupe if you can't dig one up locally.

im needing the 10" ones ,can you measure from the top anchor bolt to the bottom bolt i think it was 8"

i was told the dodge came with the smaller knuckle.but im new at this dodge ,usauly worked on camaro's

well i got the rear hubs off ,beat the hell out of them with the puller on it .r.s came off fine .l.s side was a little tough ,brake the drum ,but i think i have a extra . how much effert is it to get the king pins out ?will i need a press?
