  1. Anyone have a picture of a car that is painted "Riviere Mist"? That was the paint code on my dad's old 48. It was repainted back in the 80s to a mint green. In fact, I think boxer_inv has/had a car that was originally the same colour?
  2. Ralph, you wouldn't believe how long I've been looking for a Canadian Colour Chart like that! Do you have one for 46-48 with the colour samples on it?
  3. Welcome to the best forum there is for these cars. Since you've found yourself a 2-door sedan, I'll upload a bit of inspiration for you.
  4. Hope you enjoy her as much as we did.
  5. Recently moved from Toronto, ON to Victoria, BC. Another two weeks, and I'll be moving to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
  6. Took me awhile to find the picture, but here is a p15 bomb. I have seen some in lowrider magazine too.
  7. Better watch out, I just recently learned that they take much offense to this term.
  8. and there is a 48 Plodge D25 rod on epay.
  9. I believe that it is Hot Rod magazine that is going to have a 1941 Plymouth in it soon. Its from Canada, and is a two-toned convertible - celery on black.
  10. Believe it or not, I bought my first car within the last 6 months. I've been loaned and gifted cars before, but this is the first car that is truly mine. Its a 1981 AMC Spirit which I picked up for $180.
  11. Gary, I will be at the event, with my Dad's 48 Dodge parked outside the show (didn't register in time, but want to advertise that it is for sale). Tonnes of cars were downtown tonight, it was a blast to just sit and watch them all cruise by. Apparently, Jay Leno is in town with a couple of his cars, Vic Edelbrock is in town with his deuce, and I saw one 32 today from the UK. Unfortunately, someone called in a bomb threat to the Ferries, so there was no 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 o'clock ferry tonight. Most entrants to the show were in town today as there were activities today as well, but hopefully not to many cars got caught in this ferry scare.
  12. Hey Jon, The big show I'm looking to browse is this weekends Deuce Day in Victoria, over 400 1932 Fords, with over 700 cars in total. Should be a good one. www.deucesnorthwest.com
  13. If its just dull you may want to go out an grab some Meguiars. #1 is a paint cleaner, #2 a polish, and then #3 is wax.
  14. I really like that colour.
  15. I think I have to agree here. Not the colour green I'd do with.
