There was a rambler wagon done up in rat rod style awile back on F&L. The car wound up on craigslist here in nyc suburbs, shortly there after. Listed for like 25k. It was on c/l for quite awhile, as im sure that the owner could not get what he paid for it. Wish i knew what he sold it for if it did sell. Would i have liked to own it? Yes. But not for 25 k. Was it cool? Sort of. But i bet i could have built it for about 75% less.

Hello, a new purchase: 1956 plymouth savoy hard top. Six cylinder automatic. Decent original survivor car, needs some tlc. What is the correct color for the engine? Right now it's just rusty colored. I would like to freshen it up while I have the nose off the car.( that's how I purchased the car). car is otherwise complete, somewhat worn but nice. Thank you

I trained as an airframe/powerplant mechanic after the service. Long story short, i now work as an elevator mechanic in nyc.Pay is good, hours good also. 10 more years to go for me. Dont like working in the city, but its where the work is.
