Bill, thanks for posting these. I found them very interesting and had wondered how Canada Cycle and Motor fitted in. They seem to have been Dodge/Plodge dealers and I wonder if they played a part in the supply of the Plodge parts.
Harden & Johnston being dealers one might also find another dealer such as York or Lane's Motors badge on the door post depending who sold it new.

here's a picture from the Restoration Specialties & Supply catalog.
My 39 Plymouth ones are similar but I opted for plastic ones that were listed on ebay for 56 Plymouth. The original style tend to cut through any paint protection on the edge of the hole, cool if you're into weeping rust stains below your trim
