  1. Okay - So I've learned to read better and comprehend since my last post. Anyone up that way that would be willing to buy and pickup this up and part it out ? I'm still willing to buy the front fenders. I just need the front fenders. Front fenders. Anybody got any front fenders ?
  2. I need front fenders - ship ? I'm in NC 28350
  3. So all front fenders '48 - '53 are interchangeable ?

  5. If Brian doesn't want that engine I might. How much do want for it ? Is a tranny available ? I still need those front fenders.
  6. I really like the way your chassis is coming along ! Good on ya for using a Chrysler drive train ! Was the 'C' notch something you bought or could you use a section of steel or steel pipe ? Looks like a good alternative to 'Z-ing' when you don't need a lot of travel room.
  7. I'm not try to be an a@@ but is that rear suspension gonna work ? Doesn't look like much room to travel and the shock is laid way over ??? Bad camera angle ? Not setup completely yet ?
  8. WOW !!! She sure is purty !
  9. Here's a link to another board about the same question - http://ratrodsrule.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3226&highlight=Dynamat
  10. Yeah but it has a " falt-head 6 motor " that must be worth extra !!!
  11. Good read - http://www.pickuptruck.com/html/history/segment6.html
  12. The real fun with vacuum wipers is when you're passing a huge truck in the rain. The spray's coming off at 60mph, you stomp the gas to pass and the wipers stop dead. More exhilarating than riding a roller coasted blindfolded !
  13. I wonder how a 'Slant 6' would do in a Pilothouse. I've never owned one but I hear they're very good engines.
  14. Modifying a 'restorable' Pilothouse. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=189659
  15. Vintrader - I like your carryall ! I had a '62, 283, 4sp granny. My back doors opened up and down. That was 'back in the day'.
