  6. its the little odds and end pieces a new passanger door, new hinges, new heater controls, new speedometer, new ignition, new front bumper, new lock mechinisms for all 4 doors and new strikers and various s.s trim that wouldnt hurt to be replaced. i know i could find most all of the pieces except the door and hinges at various places. but if i add up everything i have spents 6-7 hundred when i can purchase a parts car for a little bit more and might get a few more parts off of it.

  8. i am temped to purchase a parts car i have found, but i only need certain parts off of it. it is running and currently drive-able so i hate to take what i need and scrap the rest. so i was thinking about selling a few of the parts. im not trying to make all my money back but it is more than i want to pay. so.... I was wondering what is the fair price to ask for the complete drive train (engine, 3 speed and rear axle) for a 53 plymouth? all the stainless trim? all the glass? what other parts would be of value? fenders ect? by the way the boss (wife) says this thing cant sit in the drive way for more than a month which i think is fair....
