  1. Bob, you are right. I've done the iron on thing and they were just OK. You really need a good heat press too rather than an iron. By the time I was done it seemed like I had spent more time and money on ink and the transfer paper than it would cost to just do a nice silk screen... I've added a couple t-shirts to my website so if anybody wants to start "pre-ordering" them they can then if I hit the discount price where I can get them made for the $12-$16 range I'll send them off to press.
  2. Hey all just tryin to see if anyone has an interest in vintage MoPar Tees. I'm been trying to justify print one or two up for myself but it's too expensive to only do a couple.. Holler at me if you think you'd be interested in one or some and if I can get an order of +25 together it would make them around $12-$15 each. Feel free to shoot me an email and let me know what your thoughts are or suggestions.. Cheak out some of the designs here »» PHOTOS Something like this.......you get the idea..
  3. Here's some other vintage logo/emblem other ideas I've been playing with that I could put in a shirt...or anything really... CLICK HERE TO VIEW >

  5. Hey all, So I've been wanting to put together some shirts for myself but of course it's too expensive to make just a couple so I'm wondering if any of you would be interested in some of the designs I put together so we can get the price down? The more we can order the cheaper they get....??!! See if any of you would be interested in these and let me know, if no interest I may just scrap the idea... I'm thinking if we can get >25 then it would put them at about $12-$15 each for a nice quality hanes beefy-t heavyweight. Let me know. BRAD p.s. some are not just Pilothouse as I am a dodge fan but I could build almost anything, so if you think a different design or logo would work better throw me your ideas, I'm open to anything. 6. I bought the Taiwan version off ebay for about $60 and broke it on the first drum. I was pounding hard but did all the right steps and it should have held up. Loosened brake shoes, gave it a squirt of PB Blaster the day before etc... broke the cast metal right in half of one of the arms. Whoever posted below was right WHATEVER you get make sure it's heavy duty! If I could start over I'd look for a OLD one made in USA out of real metal. Otherwise make sure it's got a warranty. and make sure you put some antiseize on the hub where the rust was from the drum when you put it back on. just my 2 ¢
  7. One of my favorites... "I love Cats! They taste just like chicken!"
  8. When I first got my truck the electric wiper motor was not hooked up. I hooked up the wires and then went driving and as soon as I stopped at the first stop sign, the brake pedal grounded to the negative battery cable and then my wiper motor was grounded to the dash underneath and toasted all the wires to it. SMOKE was pouring out the cab vent cowl... my kids still ask if it's going to burn down everytime we go for a ride... funny.... cars were stopping all over the road to see if we were ok...
  9. Maybe this is on the rare list... Neat! Dodge Truck Mens Razor Refills: 5pk. The AMOLA STEEL in this blade is also used in springs, axles, gears and other vital parts of DEPENDABLE DODGE CARS and TRUCKS! Love it!
  10. What's a center bumper guard worth to you? I'll measure it when I get a change...
  11. I have several of the "Car" dual horn setups but have yet to see the truck "flat" ones in a dually, I have plenty of singles.

  21. Here is the link to the Bullnose piece, I also included an image of the parts book info so you could see the differences. http://vintagemoparts.com I'll be in shock if someone is that good and can eyeball the right model from the pics. thanks
  22. I know this is 6 years old but I learn something new every day... Apparently there were several different bullnoses depending on the time of year it was produced. I have several 1940 hood ornaments and at the moment 1 bullnose BUT since there is no part number on the bullnose I dont know EXACTLY what year it fits.

  24. you guys talking about the receptacle or the actual lighter element with knob that flew out and burned my fingers as a kid? Those things get hot! this attached image is 6v im sure... want it? make offer. I'll betcha I can find near nos lighter/knob part too if needed.
  25. Yes, I've been commissioned to help out with my friends estate and am just starting to lists products. There is so much stuff that I'm trying to just begin with things I think are valuable and then go from there. I hope I dont step on any old timers toes that have been selling parts for years and years, Once these parts are gone I wont continue selling any parts. I would REALLY appreciate any help or direction from you wise and smart ones. I cant stand eBay and just dont have the time to list and re-list and play the nickel and dime game. So I decided to just open up a web shop where I can place the products once and leave them for months if needed. I'd love to know if the pricing is totally of or not, I've tried to do my best to list things as reasonable as possible. NO, eBay sellers, NOS hood ornaments are not worth 499.99 - get real. I've created a "Parts Request" area if there is something that someone is in need of I can look through the collection and provide. Thanks again for any direction & wisdom you can provide Brad Here's a peek at what this is all about http://cornbinder.com/random_pics/floyd/ http://cornbinder.com/random_pics/dodgeparts1/ http://vintagemoparts.com/cms.php?id_cms=4
