I have this from my 48 and am not going to reuse it. Before I place it up for sale I wanted to test it to be sure it works. Any tips on how to do this out of the truck? The truck is currently dismantled so hooking it up normal isn't an option. Thanks

That floor mat was a great idea.

If you have a charging issue you could be having a spark problem from the electrical system being down on voltage.

Those split rims are scary!! I used to have them on an old 66 Chevy 3/4 ton workhorse. It was my daily driver and when I needed new tires I bought new rims too to get away from them.

I'm gald to see some of you guys using your trucks as trucks. I'm building mine with that specific purpose in mind. It's going to be a nice looking truck but I'm not going to be afraid to use in for what it was built for.
