I need to replace the foam rubber seal that goes between the speaker box and the grill on a Model 803 radio. I was wondering if anyone found a suitable replacement material that I can use.
Mark and Greg, Just a side note. Near the Maritime museum in Kingston there is also a trolley museum and a tour ship there that gives tours on the Hudson River. I don't know the price but I can find out if you're interested. I think the tours are 2 hrs long.
I need to replace the rear pinion oil seal in my 49 Plymouth but I'm having trouble removing the pinion nut. After removing the cotter pin I tried heating the nut and using a 1/2 inch breaker bar and after several attempts it still wouldn't come loose. Any suggestions?
I was wondering if anyone knew what the pointer is supposed to indicate in the center of the head. The top head is from a 1935 PJ engine and the one below is from a 1936 P-2 engine.
