  1. I found this cross-linked on the AACA forum. Thanks for posting!
  2. '33's are some of the best looking mopars IMHO. Attached is a shot of another Chrysler's Dash. The '33 DeSoto had a rather ornate dash - see attached pics.
  3. Looks like we're "neighbors" - I'm over toward Hobart. Here's a couple pics of the CQ I had. BTW: American Arrow repro's the radiator cap and gazelle in stainless if you don't have one (be sure you tell them it's going on a car).
  4. Bring your rain coat. It's usually a good meet
  5. Hi Tim, Thanks for the reply. I just sent you a PM.
  6. I need assistance shipping a non-mopar car radiator from Hawkins/Cochran/Eastman, GA area to Washington. Seller won't ship and radiator is rather unique. Any assistance would be appreciated and I would compensate you for your time and travel. Best Regards, W. David Kelsey (email) 425 8379355
  7. My experience with Mitchell Motors is about five (or so) years old. It was definitely less than stellar. I bought a brass water distribution tube which was pricey, but I was delighted to find. After a couple months I was able to get someone on the phone - a kid that was working for him who told me he wasn't doing well (cancer?) and doubted I would see the part or my money back. I did finally speak with him and he told me he couldn't find the part, but hadn't cashed my check. I never got the part, and he never cashed my check. I think the lack of communication and the weeks spent trying to get someone on the phone were the what got me riled up. I got my money back ...eventually.
  8. It's a '31 Auburn sedan. ...not a mopar, but the p15 d24 community is one of the best out there for sharing info and supporting the old car hobby. Thanks for all the transportation input!
  9. Thanks! ...I found it in the P15 D24 classfieds a few years back, when my son was a little guy.
  10. I just bought a antique car in Los Angeles and need to have it shipped up to Seattle. Does anyone have recent experience with car transporters? I have requested quotes from a couple of the big ones (FedEx, Intercity, Horseless Carriage). Thanks! BTW: It does "stop" and "go", if that factors into your response. Thanks again for any input you may have!
