Tired of fuel pumps ( Mechanical) what can I do to convert to an electric fuel pump? Also need rear axel seals and Diff gasket and pinion seal. Sources?

Having problems accusing the needed parts to rebuild the transmission. 2nd gear bad. I guess I could rebuild the rear end with gaskets and axle seals. The overdrive was functional for a while but looses connection and quits. Nuisance problems.

I quit shipping with them between Tulsa and OKC because of loss and damage.

I found a 52 Cranbrook that is in good shape mechanically and am wondering if I can use the transmission and rear end for my 47. I know I will be giving up the overdrive that's on my 47 and possibly the emergency 5th brake. Anybody know?

Looking for advise as my diff is shot on my 47 P-15 as well as my second gear in the Transmission. Nobody in Tulsa wants to touch it. Any suggestions?

Got my Lubriplate water pump grease yesterday and a new grease gun Anyone know how and strokes to grease the water pump?

Found it, took a few ounces carpet wasn't glued but stuck on the access door bolt. Now on to brakes and need the door sill rubber that holds the carpet at the bottom of the door. On the hunt!

I've pulled the carpet as far as I want w/o damage Looking for the master cylinder fill access. Do I need to pull all the carpet out and remove transmission cover? trying to fill master cylinder before i take in for brakes. anybody know a good place In Tulsa Ok for plymouth brake service. Just trying to get started here only had car two weeks. Just want to take a couple of short drives before brake job. I'm a real newbie to this car. Have a shop manual ordered. Would really like to do a disc brake conversion. Who has the best parts for this?

I'm using good ol valvoline 30 w on my p-15 1947 but my question is during an oil change to I pour a quart in the old bypass filter and 4 in the pan?
