Robin (UK) Posted July 3, 2008 Report Posted July 3, 2008 A friend just sent me these pictures of my car on the cruise at the Rockabilly Festival I attended a couple of weeks ago. I love the shot from the back. The last picture proves that it's impossible to ride in a P15 without a smile on your face!!! Quote

BobT-47P15 Posted July 3, 2008 Report Posted July 3, 2008 Robin---it appears your seats are done in all cloth.....is that correct? Is that how they were when you got the car?? Very similar to how my original seats look under those plaid seatcovers. And, may I say, Collette is looking mighty spiffy in that pic. Quote
Frank Blackstone Posted July 4, 2008 Report Posted July 4, 2008 I think a P-15 pilot should be at least a Captain rank. Did you hear they are bringing back the Army Air Corp. Seems the air force couldn't/wouldn't give close ground support to the troops. Off WE Go... Frank Quote

It is not the original fabric, in my car - but the covers are about 30 years old, so they show a nice patina and give the impression of being original. Quote
bob_amos Posted July 4, 2008 Report Posted July 4, 2008 Robin, Looking at your past posts as well as this one it sure looks like you are getting the maximum out of that beautiful car of your.A tip of the hat to you. Quote

daddyo23 Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 Smiles are what these old Plymouths are all about:)Good for you:) He's out for a ride in a great looking car with a great looking lady beside him. Man, what more could you ask for;) ? Keep it up, Robin. Happy for ya. Took my lady out for a ride yesterday. Had a great time, just have to remember the camera. She's not too happy today, though. I spent all day putting in a dual master cylinder and replacing the oil pan gasket. Found some strange metal parts in there:confused: . But, the car's running good and the brakes work real good now, so I'm happy. She'll get over it. Wayne P. Quote
