Valve guide clearance for sodium cooled valves

I am restoring a 323.5ci straight 8 for my wodden boat and have found a good industrial block to work with. This industrial engine had the sodium cooled exhaust valves, and so did the most powerful marine versions. I want to keep the valves but there are no new guides available (they are quite a bit larger than the intakes). I will put bronze sleeves on the intake guides but my machinist does not have a sleeve kit for the larger guides. We will start by honing the guides and measure. What is the experience on this forum of heavy duty applications, is slightly larger guide to stem clearance acceptable?

MoPar flathead .433" sodium exhaust valve to guide clearance's are spec'd at .003"-.005".

On a Chrysler marine engine like the Royal or Majestic they run  under heavy load... I'd be at the higher end of spec.
