Converting drum brakes to disc

I’m wanting to convert my front drum brakes to disc on my 1947 P15 Plymouth Special Deluxe . Does anyone know if there is other cars & years I can use to convert my brakes?

There are vendors that offer conversions, some require less fabrication than others.
