Here are a few pics of my fan shroud. It was incredibly tight to install, and hard to photogragh. I made the main body of it that covers the whole rad. Then I put it all in place and marked the center of the fan. Took it back out and cut the hole. I used the bead roller at work to add a 90 around the hole. Then I made the shroud part as a clam shell. The lower part is fixed to the body, the top half is removeable. This is a long block in a short car. So basically the worse case senario. I don't have a before and after of the temp since my factory gauge was the real problem. However, it did bring a lot of confidence.
