I don't know the dimensions for your specific heater but I use this from AutoZone when I converted from 6v to 12v.  You can reverse the wiring to change the direction of the fan. You can vary the speed.  I cut the shaft shorter to fit my heater.  AutoZone Part #35512. Everco.  I reused the fan from the original set up. Like everything else, the price has gone up.  I bought it for $30.  It is now $52.

I’ve been running my blower motors on 12v w a ballast resistor mounted on the firewall for years.   Granted they arent daily drivers but they do go out on nice winter days when the roads are dry and salt free.
