i guess 20-25 years for that much growth. which means the Morris was probably 20 or more years old when it got there!

I don't know, I've got a Maple tree that's at least 25 years old and the trunk looks like it is only about half the size of the tree going through the engine compartment. I'll bet that tree is 40 years old or older based on the girth of it.

Looks like a poplar to me, they grow like weeds up here. They can get that big in 20 years.
