Difference Between the Flathead 6 cyclinder Engines ? (Crankshaft bearing type, Water pump, Generator)

Hello, I would like to use a p15 block with the accessories from a 1960 Dodge d200 Flathead 6. 

Is there anything I should be concerned about in using this engine as a replacement for this trucks.

Crankshaft Bearings? Water Pump? Etc?

Is the D200 block 23 or 25 inches long?

I am not sure, It was ceised up so I kind of abandoned it.  I guess that will make a differnece for mounting and the driveline lenght?
