Has anyone used an inline coolant filter?

Big Diesel engines use them.

They work just like by pass oil filters, just filtering a small amount at a time.

Some come with additives in the cartridge.

They rattle when you shake them.

Not a thing wrong with the idea. I would use hard tubing like the diesels do. Less hoses to have leaks in.
