Ok I was going through my paperwork and policy for my 1939 Desoto and I use Grundy Car Insurance.  There was a section in the declaration section that If you are 55 and older and have completed a Certified Driver education program the state of PA and I live in Pa requires the insurance carrier to give you a %5 rebate on the cost of your insurance for your antique car.

So go check out your policy to see if this clause is included in your declarations section and if you meet the qualifications then contact your insurance company to get the refund.

I have Geico for my regular car ins and took their online course and it only cost me $20 for the class and I also save over $75 every six months on my regular premium and now money on my antique premium.  The certification lasts for 3 years. So every three years I retake the class.
