1949 Wraith Posted November 23, 2019 Report Posted November 23, 2019 My '51 B3B does not have a drip tray for the cowl vent. I have not been able to find a description in the parts manual. Any information on diamensions and mounting location would be appreciated. Thanks Quote
bkahler Posted November 23, 2019 Report Posted November 23, 2019 Here's a picture of the underside of my 51 B3B dash showing the cowl vent area. There is nothing I would consider a drip tray. I'm fairly certain my truck is totally stock in that area and I don't remember removing anything that resembled a drip tray when I dismantled it years ago. Brad 1 Quote
bkahler Posted November 23, 2019 Report Posted November 23, 2019 Looking closer, maybe this is a better picture. This picture shows a little drip tray where the drain tube connects to route water to the front of the firewall. Hope this helps. Brad 1 1 Quote

I've had a fair number of vehicles that have cowl vents and they all had a tray with hose. Mine truck just missing the hose. The metal in my cab is great other than the interior floor was rusty(exterior like new). Water had just been running in and sitting in the inderpad over the decades .Thanks for your help Quote
