central52
I'm putting new plugs in. Is it o.k. to apply some anti-seize grease on the threads? I had some difficulty taking out the old ones.
bob_amos
A light application should not cause any trouble. There is pleanty of surface for the plug to find a good ground.

48mirage
I use the nickel based anti-sieze in the D30 and my old Harley motor. Never caused a problem and I have never had a plug frozen or a thread gaul. Jim

Don Coatney
How many here besides me have had a spark plug blow out while driving? This is a very good reason to clean the contents of your britches. I believe (if my memory is any good) that this happenrd to me while driving a 56 furd I had in High School. Once while driving this same car the generator fell off and hit the road. I had to stop and pick it up about a block from home. To answer the thread question I dont think there would be any problem using anti sieze on spark plugs as long as they are installed tightly to begin with.
