Can someone help me with a question? I'm restoring a 1953 dodge B series 1/2 ton. Are the 1952 and 1953 front clip and front fenders interchangeable?

Thank you for your reply.  This is my first restoration  on a truck I have always wanted since I was a kid. I picked up a 1953 b4b and need some new running boards and fenders. So your answer help out great I found a 1952 b3b getting parted out.
