C series overdrive question

I have a 1955 c series with overdrive (just rebuilt).  I don't have the original dash mounted engagement handle and cable.  I have one out of a 55 ply.   And have seen the 55 dodge car lever which is different than the plymouth.   I plan to use the plymouth handle but just curious what the truck handle looked like.  Also,  did the OD  equipped trucks have a badge as the cars did?
