Column shifter loose on my 1950 desoto

By any chance do you guys have or know we're I can find the column shifter diagram  yesterday when I got home I was going to park  I reversed the car after I stopped when I went to shift into first I heard a loud click or like something breaking after that the shifter in the column was loose I could move it across the whole steering column I had to go under the hood and shift it manually I looked thru my books and on the internet on

Check the two mount screws on the top Of the tube that hold the top of the shifter rod. If they are loose or pulled out, the shifter won't work!
