Wheels and Tires

I need to get a wheel in order to have a spare to carry for my 53 B4C but am having some trouble locating one.  The wheels I have now are 15 inch diameter and 5.5 width.  They have a 5 by 5 lug nut pattern. Anyone know a source?   Since this wheel will be the spare it doesn't need to be factory necessarily.

 

Also thinking of going with these 700-15 tires from Coker, https://www.cokertire.com/tires/styles/military-and-truck/sta-transport-highway-4361.html

Anybody have any experience with them?  This truck is not a daily driver, only a twice a week driver and only local trips no interstate.
