Spark plug wiring order 1948 p14 Deluxe

Can someone tell me the order to wire this up ? And which spark plug is #1 and #6 on the engine.

Should be about 7 o clock if it's right. But these are old engines, and you could simply drop the distributor in any old way, and wire them up on #1 at TDC and it'll run and work just fine. Depends on the mechanic who worked on it last.  Verify it by finding #1 at TDC and go from there. Where the rotor is pointing is where it is.

Distributor cap is 1 5 3 6 2 4, engine cylinders 1-2-3-4-5-6 with number 1 cylinder in the front closest to radiator and 6 closest to the fire wall

15 is too young, 36 is too old, 24 is just right. Now you can remember. All straight 6 motors.
