Dan C Posted March 6, 2017 Report Posted March 6, 2017 I am building my first street rod. It is a 46 Club Coupe and the windows were all removed including rubber, regulators, everything. Does anyone know of an instructional video or site that would go over all the components rubber and seal wise and how they are supposed to be attached? Any close up photos would help especially of the roll up 1/4 window. Thanks. Quote
Andydodge Posted March 6, 2017 Report Posted March 6, 2017 Dan, welcome to the best mopar forum, these guys know their stuff...........I'd strongly suggest getting a P15 Workshop Manual and a Parts manual/catalog as it usually has exploded diagrams showing the various parts.........also worth getting as many catalogs that you can find from dealers such as Andy Bernbaums, Roberts Motors, Restoration Specialities as they always have diagrams etc that all help in getting to know what works and should be there...........do you have all the parts that were removed or are you unsure of what you have?..........lol..............anyway welcome from downunder......btw what engine etc are you using?........my 1940 Dodge has had a 318 Poly/Auto, 4 wheel discs, etc since 1973...regards, Andy Douglas Quote
casper50 Posted March 7, 2017 Report Posted March 7, 2017 This guy shows him doing his on a 41. Just search his vids and you'll find the 2 or 3 that he did on the doors. Quote

I am using a BBC 454 engine. Turbo 350 transmission. Front end and differential from 86 Camaro, with disc all around. Welded back fenders on and welded all body joints in front cap. Fabbed grille. I am about ready to prime main body. A little body work left on front cap. Engine and trans are ready to set. Oh and the windows and doors were fully stripped when I got the car. I did not see any of the rubber or fuzzy parts or how they were installed. That is my problem. Edited March 8, 2017 by Dan C Quote
