Questions about the new software

On the old software, when using my I Phone, I could click on the link at the bottom of page and go to the desktop version. Among other things I could then chat. I don't find either option now. Am I missing it or is it gone?

I see a link to the chat room at the top section.

Got to the menu (3 horozontol bars)  select "Browse", then "Chat"
