Need help with year and Make

can you guys help me out with the Year and Make of this car.  It was in some old photos of a friend of mine

Looks like a 33-34 Ford but I'm not 100% sure. If it is a Ford curved or straight side hood lovers would differentiate between 33 or 34.

Looks like a 33 Studebaker to me.

I googled 33 Studebaker, and the cars looked just like this one.

I believe that's a Studebaker radiator ornament. But that's cheating.

 Yup, I'm wrong. I agree... studebaker. I thought the top of the radiator shell wasn't quite right to be a ford. Of course I was viewing it on my phone...that my story and I'm sticking to it.

In a television version of "Death of a Salesman", Lee J. Cobb the salesman waxed exuberantly about his life on the road, how he would crank open the windshield of his Studebaker, and just take in the breeze.  But this was the 50's, and windshields did not crank open any more.  The salesman was beginning to lose it.
