Yes, the lower pulley has flats to get the belt installed.

Loosen the generator-push it in towards the block, unhook it from the all pulleys, carefully bring it around the fan not to damage the radiator and it should be free .Reverse to put on. It's not hard. Most time you just have to loosen the top bolt to move the generator.
