Dodgebawl Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 I have a fresh painted grille to mount to the fenders of my 49 B1B. All four grille bars and the Dodge emblem have been straightened and polished. Can these be fairly easily attached to the grille after it has been mounted to the fenders and X braces? I am concerned about scratching the grille bars if I attach them beforehand. Thanks! Quote
B1B Keven Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 Yes they can be installed afterward with no problems. The top bar has to be attached to the hood first. Quote

Dodgebawl Posted November 25, 2013 Author Report Posted November 25, 2013 Thanks Keven and Hank. I will use nylon washers against the paint. Quote
