Collectible Automobile Magazine Back Issues Wanted

I have been collecting this magazine for years and am looking for the following issues......July 1984, Oct & Dec 1995, Feb, Apr & Oct 1996, Feb, May & Oct 1997, Dec 2006, Feb 2007 and April 2013..........12 issues in total.......most of these are availble thru the back issue dept of Collectible Automobile magazine BUT they will not ship outside of the USA.........I am in Australia so that buggars that........lol............or does it?............does anyone have these back issues, any or all  will do..........or do you know of a local magazine shop that may have them?..........I don't mind phoning them...........or is anyone interested in buying them from Collectible Autos back issue department and forwarding them onto me, after I pay you obviously .........I am quite happy to pay, no "love job" is wanted nor implied..............lol...............I just would like to complete my collection............I am also looking for back issues of Rodders Digest Magazine, published by Gerry Burger out of Florida........issues wanted of Rodders Digest are # 4,5,6,7,45,47 & 48.......again no love job, happy to pay............lol.............anyway get back if you can help..........I know some of both mags appear on ebay occaisonally but ebay is a pain to deal with..........thanks and regards, Andy Douglas

The US Postal Service recently substantially increased their rates for out-of-country postage.   There have been a few threads bemoaning this on several forums.....it has really put a kink into sending stuff outside the US. 

 

I've got thousands of car magazines that I've accumulated but don't think I have those.   If I find out otherwise I'll let you know.

Harold, thanks for the reply, the weird thing is that I would have been prepared to pay whatever the standard rate is/was as the PO is still 100% a better deal to overseas places than Fedex, UPS, etc........I just got a cast iron torqueflite seal & gasket set from Andy Bernbaums, sent 3rd and arrived on the 12th, good service as far as I am concerned......the real problem re the CA mags is that CA itself will accept and do overseas subscriptions but they have farmed the back issue business off to another company from what it appears and the back issue mob have different ideas......anyway it looks like I might have been able to get the issues I need via a guy on a model car forum I frequent..........should know soon........lol.............anyway, thanks for the input...regards, andyd

I have all of the back issues of Automobile magazine from the very first issue through 2009. I would be willing to sell any issues that you may want for $2 each plus the actual cost of shipping. I could package the magazines & take them to my local post office to be weighed. They will then tell me the cost of shipping to you. I will need your address. Once I know the shipping cost, I can advise you of the total needed.
