PT, here are a couple of photos of my 48 Dodge MC experiment.

 

I used a Mustang II used MC to see if it was adaptable, and work good.

 

I used a 9 inch rod running through the original MC, to push the Mustang II MC.

 

I made a bracket from a piece of angle iron, to hold the newer MC in place.

 

Brakes worked good, so I bought a rebuilt MC from the autoparts, made a better

 

bracket, and it has worked good since.

 

There is a small hump in the floor near the front of the seat, but not noticeable.

 

One pump, full pedal, and months later, did not have to add any fluid....
