Howdy all,

Can someone point me in a good direction as to where I may purchase, rent, borrow a king pin reamer for my 39 ply?  It is in need of a rebuild...I have the parts ready.  Front end needs alignment bad.  I cannot drive over 50 without heavy vibration, my not so old  tires are really worn on the insides.

I have never done a king pin reaming but it seems fairly easy.  I have access to a machine shop at work.

Thanks in advance.

Why not have a shop press and fit the 4 bushings? They can do a perfect fit job too. You will need the proper bushing drivers to R&R the 4 bushings too..

The king pin reamer needs to be very sharp and  in like new condition. A picture of the original Miller tool for bushing removal and installation.
