New 1953 project truck

I have started a new project to restore a 1953 B-4H-152 flatbead. I will have lots of questions. 1. Is the cab on this 1-1/2 ton(?) truck the same as a 1/2 ton pickup? 2. The engine code is T-316-128-152-170-192 (sn = 82613483)what does this mean?

2.) engine number decoder...there are casting dates below the distributor and behind the ignition coil.
