Don Coatney Posted May 21, 2013 Report Posted May 21, 2013 Lowering a race car is a different thing. Way way back when I was just a pup my neighbor was building a 37 furd for the circle track. His lowering was straight forward. Jack the right side of the car up and wrap a chain around the left suspension to lower the left side and limit suspension travel on that side. Made turning left faster. 1 Quote
Mr.Chaos Posted February 18, 2014 Report Posted February 18, 2014 I utilized an air ride air spring with a relocated shock mount. Just placing the bag in the pocket was easy. The key I took away from this forum is that I DO NOT need to throw this front suspension away to get my desired stance. If you notice my photo I have accomplished this while still maintaining the factory a-arms and spindles. Any height is achieveable with determination and creativity. . . and good friends. Quote
