BobT-47P15 Posted April 26, 2011 Report Posted April 26, 2011 HI. Yes it is a lube port. I'll let others say what oil they consider best. Quote
Tom Skinner Posted April 26, 2011 Report Posted April 26, 2011 3 in one oil is what I have used since 1973 always keeps everything in order for my Generator Lube Ports just a drop or Two per Port two or three times a year (or every 500 -600 miles) works for me. Tom Quote
Niel Hoback Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 Since its handy and I'm incredibly cheap, just use what comes up on the dipstick right next to the generator. Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 I think the manual says "a light lubricating oil." I believe 3-in-1 fits the bill. Quote
