Took a little cruise in the Plym yesterday

The weather here in our corner of MO was cold for Thanksgiving, but no snow

or rain in Joplin. Temps in the 30s to the 50s. Our daughter and

son in law, Dale, are here for a couple days from Kansas City.

So, it seemed like a good time to get out the convert for a road trip

of about 35 miles over to Pittsburg, KS to visit a couple fellows we

know....who are also Plymouth fans. Just a little too cool for putting

the top down however. Darn.

The gentlemen we visited (father and son) own a P15 coupe with a

stock flathead six and some pretty cool sounding dual straight pipes---

and a street rodded P15 two door with a V8 - a very nicely done car.

They also have a couple parts cars, and were kind enough to sell us

some assorted parts and pieces to be used in repair of the coupe Dale

is working on. Had a good visit and enjoyed their hospitality.

I just noticed that the shadow sure gives a weird effect on the trunk

of the coupe.
