What weight oil do you use?

I was running non-detergent straight 30 wt in mine the three years I've had it. Since the car has been down I decided to change over to Castrol 20w50 plus filter change and see how that goes. I took the valve covers off and it was really clean in there. When I had the oil pan off I barely had any sludge in there. I figured it won't hurt to try.
