Troganin
I came across this '42 Dodge truck in the aviation museum in Anchorage, AK. It was in an outbuilding packed with planes. Enjoy.
BobT-47P15
Ya never know where the next oldie vehicle will turn up. From the looks of the olive drab green paint, I would guess the Dodge had once been a military vehicle. ???
Troganin
Idk about ex military roots but Alaska seems to likes utility, so its possible. Sign on the fender reads: "1942 Dodge 1 1/2 Ton Truck From Hitchinbrook Island Prince William Sound 11,000 actual miles, original tires, flathead 6, 4 speed, double clutch, 98% original, only four owners." Alshere59
Same year the Alcan highway was started. Could be from the military while building.
