Ya never know where the next oldie vehicle will turn up.:D

From the looks of the olive drab green paint, I would guess the Dodge

had once been a military vehicle. ???

Idk about ex military roots but Alaska seems to likes utility, so its possible. Sign on the fender reads:

"1942 Dodge 1 1/2 Ton Truck

From Hitchinbrook Island

Prince William Sound

11,000 actual miles, original tires, flathead 6, 4 speed, double clutch, 98% original, only four owners."

Same year the Alcan highway was started. Could be from the military while building.
