...does anyone possibly have a spare one they could part with? I don't know the correct name, but I think it's some kind of back bumper spacer tray. Looking for one in decent shape without dents, bends and rust damage...if possible. I already have one with all of that, so it would be nice to have a better one.

That's the dust or gravel shield. Actually that one looks in good shape in the picture. Probably won't find a used one in much better condition. You could probably get a new one made from Gills Auto Body in Iowa though. Check the links section under floor board replacement on the main site for his number.

Norm, Here's a closer look at why I want to replace it. I can still use it until I find a better one. I'm sure having one made is very costly because then it becomes a fabricating issue. I'll check Gills out anyway. Thanks!

Didn't see that in the other pictures. See you have a little bugger action going there in the center. Don't know how bad that is from the pictures but you could possibly smooth and clean off the rust. Fill it in with a little body filler, then repaint it. At least that way the rust won't eat back through the paint as fast.

FYI : Corners need to be bend and follow the fender spacing.

When I was working on mine I thought that it needed to be straight but lukely I got information from the forum on how it should be.

John

John...they are bent, but you can tell that it was crinkled, too. It was hit from behind at one time and someone did a botched survival job on it. I'll take more detailed pics tomorrow.

Keep your eyes open on the bay. I bought mine a couple years back. NOS, $80.00. My old one got crushed by a goddang Hyundai.

Yeah, I remember you telling me about the Hyundai issue and how smashed up it was after hitting you. :o

If I don't find a better one soon, I'll see what can be done to bring life back to that one.
